I regularly attend workshops on various topics for my continuous professional development and to enhance my skills (e.g. CBT a therapy that helps clients to think more rationally and adjust behaviour patterns - Life Coaching for people who have a more specific goal to achieve).
Personal Therapuetic Approach
My underpinning approach is Person Centred (Carl Rogers) - however I am professionally trained as an integrative, humanistic counsellor bringing in other theories to benefit my client's individual needs (TA and Gestalt). The Person Centred belief is that all humans have the potential for growth and change given the right environment in which to do so.
I offer that environment in a safe therapuetic space created just for you, together with acceptance, empathy and non-judgement.
