My name is Betty King. I am an experienced, qualified counsellor and have been practising in Barnstaple and Ilfracombe, North Devon for the past few years. I am committed to providing professional counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, supportive, confidential and non-judgemental environment, guided by my professional membership of the BACP.

I have over 20 years experience in "Education", listening to and supporting people with their every day work/relationship issues and finding appropriate solutions. I also have been counselling,on a voluntary basis,"Young People" over the past 4 years - working on relationship issues, depression,self-harming and self-esteem.

I can also offer students (who are working towards their Diploma) personal counselling at a reduced rate.

I work on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

My Counselling and psychotherapy practice is in Barnstaple and Ilfracombe, North Devon, within easy reach of Woolacombe, Combe Martin, Braunton, Bideford, South Molton and Torrington. Days and times of meeting are by mutual agreement.
